Steps:
1- Start - cmd - Run as Administrator & Then Write
2- DISM /online /Get-CurrentEdition # Check current Edition
3- DISM /online /Get-TargetEditions # Check Editions can be upgraded
4- DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:Enter Your Sr Nu /AcceptEula
5-Restart
