This week, Chris is back to tell you everything you need to know about custom rackmount enclosures.
This type of enclosure is one of our most popular because it suits many different computing applications, including servers and rackmount PCs. These enclosures are made up of four different parts - the front panel, the chassis, the cover and the rear.
Because we are a fully-custom manufacturer of sheet metal, we offer more templates to start with than the standard rackmount shape, including a rear bend rackmount, step down rackmount and a rackmount enclosure with mounting brackets. All of these rackmount styles are also available in Protocase Desginer, which is our free CAD software.
