How to export (back up) your True Key passwords and other data

You should always back up your data before you make any major changes to True Key (such as changing your Master Password or uninstalling and reinstalling the True Key app or extension). Backing up your data ensures that if something goes wrong with your True Key account, you will be able to restore your valuable login information. Watch this video as we explain the process step-by-step.

IMPORTANT: If you want to export your data using a True Key browser extension, we highly recommend that you use the True Key extension for Google Chrome. True Key does not support exporting data from the Firefox and Edge web browsers.
