Top Flight - Sign whoever you want
Second - Sign players from lower leagues and better european countries
Third - Sign players not good enough for second league and 3rd & 4th leagues
Fourth - Sign players from this league and maybe the irish league, no where else. Loans too.
Dont sign players that are much better than current players
Top Flight - 85
Second - 74
Third - 68
Fourth - 64
Don't abuse free transfers
Top Flight - try to not sign superstars, but players 75-82 is possible
Second - You're not going to get up and coming players but 23-30 year olds who arent starters from prem are possible
Third - young players from championship + players too good for league 2
Fourth - only players from that league/ireland
Use lower rated youth scouts
Top Flight - 3x 5* scouts
Second - 2x 3* scouts
Third - 2x 1* scouts
Fourth - 1x 1* scouts
Follow the teams current trends
Keep nationality ratios similar
