Cyberpunk: Safely Eject Netrunners!
When I played through the Never Fade Away mission after rescuing other netrunners and Evelyn I was concerned when Johnny quickly unplugged Alt.
Does Johnny kill Alt? (or at the very least prevent her from returning to her body)

Johnny's memories 'bearing no resemblance to the truth' can be seen during Transmission directly after Never Fade Away (it can be missed though!). She even goes so far as to blame Johnny for her death. In my first playthrough I went to look at all the laptop screens during the mission to see if there were hints like in the side gigs.
