How to Top up Money using ParentMail App on an iPhone or iPad
How to add money to your account using the Parent Mail App on your iPhone or iPad.
From your front screen click on the parent mail app
Type in your touch ID passcode
At the top left click on the three bars
And then click on payments
You will see a list of your children’s names
Click on a name
Then click on Top Up Amount
And add the amount you want to top up
Then click Done
And select Checkout With This product
Choose your Payment method
Select the card you want to use
And then type in the 3 digit number on the back of the card and click done
And then click on Pay Now
You will then see that the payment has processed
Click on Finish
