Updated All Items Tier List: Predecessor
It's been a few major updates and 100 subscribers since I discussed relative item strength in Predecessor, and I know The Goons are hungering for more of my yapping. Some items have always been good and still are, some have moved into potentially the strongest they have ever been, and others have been tuned down to a reasonable level (I'm looking at you Manta). Let me know where you would move any of these items around, and what some of your favorite items are that you think may be sliding under the radar. We could be looking at another V1.12 balance patch to try out on Tuesday the 24th, but patch-notes are not out yet as of scheduling this video so we will see.
