Affinity Photo - Finding and using Overlays
An Overlay is just an image (most of the time), be it a texture or effect you can put on a layer above your main background and then use the Blend options to get the effect you want.
In this video, I used a royalty free website and an internet search for Free Photoshop Overlays. I found a few but I am sure there’re many more to be found. I than went back to Affinity Photo (you could also use PhotoPlus or any Photo editing software that can use Layers and Blending options), to show how to use the Overlays.
