Foxtail Millet Masala Noodles in a Cast iron skillet
Here I am preparing Ready-made Masala Millet noodles.
I am using my 12-inch cast iron skillet, which is wide and very convenient to cook noodles.
Millet noodles are now available in the market, which comes with a masala packet inside the packet.
Sometimes, I prepare this as it takes very little time to cook.
You can use any vegetables as per your choice. I am using red and yellow bell peppers ,carrot and onion. I also added some chillies.
