Green is catching in Bengaluru 💚
In just 11 months, Swish has raced from zero to 100,000+ downloads, with its kitchens now serving up fresh food to 12 of Bengaluru’s busiest neighbourhoods.
The brand’s bright green packaging is a familiar sight in offices and co-working spaces; the signal of growing loyalty, love, and a new habit taking root.
When Aniket, Ujjwal, and Saran opened up their neighbourhood kitchens to the city on August 4th, 2024, they were disrupting food delivery with a new model. Built to cater to a 2 km radius, Swish's hyperlocal approach means fresh meals and snacks land at your door in 10 minutes or less.
“Everybody’s initial response was, ‘I don’t need food in 10 minutes,’” recalls Co-founder and CEO Aniket Shah. “We’ve now seen the same people who said this order again and again from us.”
On #InflectionPoint, Aniket reflects on Swish’s rapid rise —and why, even in crowded markets, there might be room for a new playbook.
