For years, I have wanted to make a documentary about the brave men and women of the fire service. These are our neighbors, friends and family; occasionally we see them on the news or on social media doing 'the job', but we never really have the chance to see what they do on a daily basis.
I want to show people the other side of the neighbors, friends and family...the side that will ignore the typical flight response and instead run head first into a raging inferno in order to make sure that the people of their city is safe.
The $4000.00 that I am attempting to raise is to procure some more equipment in an attempt to capture everything that I can for this documentary without being a burden on the emergency responders or getting in their way. The ancillary equipment would also help protect the equipment from the hostile environment that it may encounter. We have already dedicated almost half of the needed budget ourselves, we're asking you to help us with the other half.
Any assistance is appreciated, no matter how small or how large. If we can even get everyone that sees this page to donate just one dollar, less than a decent cup of coffee, and 4000 people see this page, we can make our goal.
