One day in Issyk-Kul. We saw swans and found ephedra!
Hi! Today, Kai and I are heading off on a spontaneous one-day trip to Issyk-Kul. The trip there and back is an adventure in itself.
In this video, I'll show you the blooming paulownia fields right along the highway, tell you what's unique about our Issyk-Kul Lake and the interesting flora you can find on its shores (we'll stop by to see some ephedra). And of course, we'll be enjoying the gastronomic part—we'll go for that famous fried trout. And the main surprise of the trip was an unexpected encounter with wild swans!
