In Tamil this tutorial explains in detail about Trunk port and step by step procedure to configure a Trunk port.
Trunk port allow to carry or pass multiple VLAN traffic through it; however, Access port will allow only one VLAN Traffic through it.
Generally Trunk ports are used between Switch to switch or switch to Router.
Trunk ports will provide the vlan identification for the frames travelling between the switches.
