An unpaid bill killed his business
Didier Marquand has lost everything. Following a €100,000 unpaid bill from one of his clients, the caterer filed for bankruptcy. His business and personal assets were seized to repay the debt. He claims the handling of the bankruptcy proceedings was unfair.
