G20 Leaders Summit kicks off with arrival of world leaders
World leaders have started to arrive to attend the G20 Leaders Summit in New Delhi. This meeting is the culmination of India's G20 presidency this year. Notably, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be attending . Their absence had led some to speculate whether the space for broad-based multilateral coordination is shrinking. Pia Krishnankutty reports
