This is how i remove the hud in my CS:GO movie ! It's in french but if you follow these steps it should be easy :
Download this : www.spddl.de/MMHUD.zip?attredirects=0
Make a backup of your old folders /csgo/resource/flash/
extract files in your original /csgo/resource/flash
Now you won't have hud appart from deathnotice and chat . You can remove chat while looking demos by pressing your say key .
when you're done restore your original flash files .
