New thoughts,
Looking back on this project the first in my Hacker trilogy, I feel a bit nostalgic. I was just getting my footing in what would become my style. I was experimenting with the sound of Synthwave, mixing it with Vaporwave, Hip-Hop and other elements. I also get a bit embarrassed by the track Corruption which was supposed to be a piss-take on edgy trap artists I disliked at the time. It just comes off now as dumb. I do though have a stronger affinity for tracks like Reformat and Space which I think were my best work at the time.
Hope you’ll enjoy the next two in the trilogy, The Other Side and Afterlife!

The story of a hacker trying to escape the stress of a corporatocracy by trying to destroy them. He hacks into the networks of these giants and is found out. In a panic he locks himself away and starts using chems to cope. A binging rampage leaves him dissociative. He finally assumes control over the network of the largest corporation and loses himself.
