It’s often the small details that no one notices, but really make your final workpiece shine. No matter if you used your router, saw or CNC to cut out your wood… always make sure to get rid of these sharp edges and corners by using sand paper or a chamfer bit. By doing so, you reduce the risk of catching splinters or cutting your fingers tremendously and it really helps your workpiece giving it that round, soft finish.
