Witchual Workout 9: Star Energy
Welcome to the Witchual Workout with Laura Tempest Zakroff - a ritually-inspired movement experience designed to get us moving a bit more on a daily basis. Each day, we'll have a different magical focus and build up our stamina and body exploration.
Today's theme is directed by "Star" in the Liminal Spirits Oracle. The Star in this deck speaks to what directs your path, the guiding light, focus, your principles, etc. Here we will use movements to help uncover that illumination within us.
