Sam and I are both especially fond of "The Sound of Music", so we recorded a tribute project featuring piano and cello arrangements of six songs from the soundtrack. This title track is used to highlight an especially emotional point in the middle of the film that impacts me every time I hear it. Thanks so much to Sam for being such a gracious collaborator and for bringing so many great ideas to this project!
