"SMETANNIKI" - homemade buns
DOUGH:
warm milk - 150 ml + sugar (1 tbsp)
fresh yeast - 20 g
egg (large) - 1 pc (white in the dough, yolk for greasing the products before baking)
vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
flour - 400 g
sugar - 50 g
salt - 1/3 tsp
vanillin - 1/3 tsp
FILLING:
sugar - 1 tbsp
melted butter - 2 tbsp
starch (any) - 2 tbsp
sour cream - 1 cup (180 g)
vanillin - a pinch
To grease the blanks before baking you will need:
yolk - 1 pc
milk - 1 tbsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
raspberries (any other) and powdered sugar - optional
