"24 Hours" (Pilot) Deleted Scenes | ER
Enjoy three scenes filmed for "24 Hours", the pilot episode of ER, that were cut from the final version of the episode.
Dr. Greene and Mrs. Kosinski - This scene was originally supposed to immediately follow Dr. Greene's visit with Dr. Harris at his private practice.
Dr. Lewis and Paul - This scene took place after the short conversation between Benton and the x-ray technician Steve. It features Paul, Susan Lewis' boyfriend who is not seen in the final episode but who is briefly mentioned in a conversation between her and Dr. Greene.
Dr. Lewis Goes To Sleep - At the end of the episode, we see both Drs. Greene and Benton go to sleep at the end of their shifts. This scene of Dr. Lewis doing the same was meant to accompany them. Listen closely and you can hear director Rod Holcomb tell actress Sherry Stringfield to turn off the light.
