!! CHEESECAKE POPSICLES !!
Ingredients -
1 Liter of Whole Milk
1 Liter of Whipping Cream
1 Can of Nestlé Milk
3 Cups of Sugar
1 Package of Maria Cookies
2 lbs (1 kg) of Strawberries 🍓
1 Stick of Cream Cheese
1 Capful of Vanilla Bean Flavor
1 Capful of Buttermilk Flavor
🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓
PREPARATION *
(#1) Add the milk, sugar, evaporated milk, cream cheese, vanilla, and flavoring to the mixing bowl. Mix very well without lumps. And finally, add the whipping cream and mix.
(#2) Add the strawberry 🍓 and blend with the same prepared crust.
Crush Maria cookies and add everything to the preparation container.
(#3) Decorate the mold with strawberry slices, 2 to 3 slices per cavity.
And place in the ice maker for 3 minutes and let it freeze.
(#4) Pour the prepared crust into a stick and let it freeze for 25 minutes.
Note: When unmolding, bring the water to room temperature.
Ice maker -20°C.
