Craig has noticed that the dislike button can still be seen, but the number of people who have disliked videos cannot be seen, Craig though is not 100% sure what is going on as he posted something like this on to his Facebook status earlier on today and a couple of his friends commented saying that they can see it. This is what Craig posted on Facebook;
"What's going on with YouTube?
As a YouTuber I use the video sharing, social website a lot, but from what I've noticed lately is that YouTube have disabled their dislike button? Why? Am I even allowed to ask?
What? So now people are not allowed to dislike a YouTube video? Everyone must now like every video that is on YouTube? Sorry YouTube but that is not how people are, this is not how the world works, I don't care how many snowflakes get offended by having their videos disliked.
Is this what we have become now? Is this how sensitive the Woke so-called culture has become? That we must now live in a their own little bubble, where their world is now all sunshine and roses, where everyone must like everything and everyone? Sorry YouTube, but this is not how people are, not everyone likes everyone, and it's not always because some people are rude, it's just a matter of fact that some people do not get on with others simply because of chemistry and personality clashes.
To disable the YouTube button is again to take away freedom of choice, freedom to disagree and to dislike as equally to agree and like and yet isn't YouTube an American company? I am not expert on the American Constitution, but isn't part of the Constitution to be part of democracy, isn't the USA also called "The Land of the Free."? Well! Not anymore it seems and the reason why I say YouTube have disabled their dislike button is because oddly enough, even though it's now disabled, it hasn't been removed, why not? I mean, if it's been disable, then what is the point of still having it? It might as well be removed. The reason why this bothers me, is because now the dislike button has now been disabled, you can no longer compare what videos have the most likes or dislikes.
I am a firm believer that if a YouTuber uploads a video and then has more dislikes than likes, then they can learn from that mistake and try again, but no left-wing snowflakes don't have the intelligence to have this thinking and therefore just remove what they don't like without thinking the consequences and this will be a consequence because all this is going to do is drive more and more people away from YouTube, I'm one of them. I also notice as well that many of my comments have been removed from YouTube. YouTube used to be awesome, it used to be a website where people could share their thoughts and believes whether it was positive or negative, but not anymore, because like everything else that's been tainted with, only one opinion is now allowed. A word of warning to all snowflakes, just because something is negative, doesn't mean it's bad as oddly as that may sound to you. Negativity is just as important and a learning curb as positivity."
Then two of his friends commented saying this;
Friend 1: Works fine on my YouTube? Maybe a glitch or maybe try updating the app, it’s definitely still there though.
Friend 2: I have a working dislike button.
