Yo-Kai Watch Rubinyan
Rubinyan can be obtained from the QR code of the actual toy medal in which you get the Ruby Coin to get the Ruby Bell from the Crank-a-Kai. He appears on the second floor of Springdale Elementary.
Power saves is an option as well.
