Telephone etiquette mistakes are widely committed, even by professionals.
In this 4-part teaching, I spoke about 10 of them, along with suggested corrections.
Observing proper etiquette is important in every situation both in professional and personal settings, and even down to things like telephone conversations.
It is time to learn these so that we can be more professional and polite in our approach.
