We'll begin our review of new buildings with the Yaroslaviv Grad residential complex, where we opened an office. Our tour of the property left the most pleasant impressions. The complex truly has plenty to offer: three-meter ceilings, stone and tiled paths and sidewalks, a school just steps away, 776 apartments, 758 parking spaces, and a new supermarket on-site.
The next property in our ranking is the Faina Town residential complex. This project is from KAN Development, the developer of the Comfort Town residential complex. It was once popular as a good investment in new buildings. The Fine Town residential complex is impressive in its scope: 8,500 apartments, a "city within a city" concept, a car-free courtyard, a swimming pool for residents, and numerous playgrounds. The developer also plans to open a school and a kindergarten on the complex's premises.
Let's move on and introduce the Unit City residential complex, specifically its residential component, Unit.Home. One of the most innovative, functional, and technologically advanced complexes in Ukraine, it features a wide range of new technologies: intelligent video surveillance systems, a smart control center, security services, and a patrol drone. Car owners, please note that this residential complex has more parking spaces than apartments. The complex will also feature fitness clubs, schools, kindergartens, cafes, restaurants, and other amenities.
Next on the list is the Greenville Park residential complex. This business-class complex features 664 apartments, 700 parking spaces, and eight commercial floors housing kindergartens, schools, and other facilities. The complex's highlight is its walkable roof.
Finally, let's tell you about the Podil Plaza residential complex. The developer positions it as a premium property. The complex features 676 apartments and 400 parking spaces in a two-level underground garage. The entire ground floor of the building is dedicated to commercial use, but there will be no schools or kindergartens directly on the premises. However, there are numerous comprehensive schools and preschools within a 15-minute drive of the complex to choose from.
