There is a Lock switch on the left side of the SD card. Make sure the Lock switch is slid up (unlock position). You will not be able to modify or delete the contents on the memory card if it is locked.
If you are using a microSD card with an adapter your issue may be caused by a faulty adapter. Please try using a different adapter or device that accepts microSD cards without an adapter to verify.
go to the windows registry
by typing regedit into the search
then local machine, system, CurrentControlSet, Control,StorageDevicePolicies
and change value to 0.
if we want to lock the card and there is no path StorageDevicePolicies
we go to control. Right-click and select Create New Key. This is what we call StorageDevicePolicies. Then right click and create a dword (32bit) value
