Remember how the twins were known as travelers who visits different 'worlds' similar to how we trail blaze through the stars, would there be a direct link between Akivili and our travelling twins? Also note how 700 years ago Akivili seemingly 'died' or went 'missing' which coincides around the 500 years the twins were stuck in Teyvat ... there is a few hundred years different give and take but remember time is weird in Teyvat :)
