Welcome to Coolmine's PACT team (2023)
Our PACT (Private Accommodation Case-management Team) is a new service provided by Coolmine, which was established in September 2022. Our PACT Team work in conjunction with Ana Liffey Drugs Project and Focus Ireland across Private Emergency Accomodations (PEAs).
Homelessness or a history of care often comes hand in hand with addiction. This new service provides homeless clients with onsite interventions to ensure that everyone residing in PEAs has the opportunity to complete Housing & Wellbeing Assessments and identify areas of support required.
Individuals experiencing homelessness can often have very low expectations of what changes are possible. Coolmine wants them to raise these expectations and to be afforded with dignity and respect on their recovery journey.
