Windows 11 24H2 without prerequisites; installation, news, and analysis
In this video, I'll show you the entire process for upgrading to the Windows 11 24H2 version, even on computers without the minimum requirements.
I'll prepare an installation disk with Rufus, I'll perform the upgrade with you, and we'll see what's new in this new Microsoft release.
The prepared disk can also be used for a clean install, but in the video, I'll show you the steps for upgrading from a previous version of Windows 11.
To follow the steps shown, you'll need the ever-present Rufus, a portable version available from the following link:

You'll also need a disk or USB stick with at least 8 GB of space for the preparation; If you don't have one, you can get one on Amazon:

Finally, at least for now, you'll need some instructions to copy and paste into the Windows command prompt, as shown in the video. You can copy them by following this link:

Rufus version 4.6 BETA includes a wrapper to automatically remove restrictions... it should work; otherwise, use the commands I provided.
SSE4.2 and SSE4A INSTRUCTIONS ON OLDER COMPUTERS:
If you have a very old PC, it's worth checking for the SSE4.2 instruction set for Intel CPUs and SSE4A for AMD CPUs, as 24H2 introduced new restrictions and won't work on machines without this instruction set.
I don't know if there will be a reversal on Microsoft's decision, but unfortunately, there is currently a restriction, so if you do NOT have this set of instructions for your processor, you will NOT be able to use 24H2.

For those who need them, the following link provides ISO images of older versions of Windows 11... I don't know how long they will be available, but in the meantime, it might be useful.
N.B. Please note: the ISO images are multilingual, but when creating the installation disk, you must set the language of your current operating system; otherwise, you will NOT be offered the option to keep your data.
