DIY 'infrared' target tracking system | AI Computer Vision Target Tracking Tech
I made a drone-based tracking system using a simulated infra-red video feed. This is a demo of a basic IR tracker, or as a destination/target selector and designator for command line-of-sight guidance to aim other drones using optical or laser beam riding LOS. After a target is selected, the tracking is autonomous, freeing-up further manual aiming. This demo is on a simulated unstable hovering drone to test the tracking software under erratic motion.
