I needed a 2x72 grinder to make my Bart Cham Dao.
This is a DIY and not a How To, it's just how I did it.
The motor is purchased, but everything else is made from scrap.
Using hand tools. I do not have a Lathe or a Drill Press so you will see the problems i will have in this process.
