I've Given some Solution below to solve this problem.

1. Check the Power Cable and data cable connecting to the HDD (Hard Disk Drive)
2. Clean RAM and placed properly
3. Check the Boot Order Settings in BIOS (basic input/output system)
Remember Windows should boot from hard drive. In the BIOS, if the first boot device is not set as hard drive but an external hard drive like a USB flash drive, then the error would occur. So go into BIOS to check and change the boot device to hard drive as first priority.
4. Update Windows Drivers (If not start Windows normally, then go to safe mode by followed F8 key)
