in this ios 13 beta video, i show this annoying home screen glitch / bug that needs a bug fix to come to the next ios 13 beta update. apple should released the ios 13 developer beta 4 within a week so this video shows why you should be carefull and not test this glith in ios 13 beta 3 developer update. Apple could remove some of these annoying beta 3 glitches, and add some new features and new changes in beta 4, but we will have to wait and see.
