I just wanted to make a quick guide to using Flashbangs. There are lots of timing guides out there but not many for wall saves, CJ techs, locker saves or grab timing. Using Flashbangs and Firecrackers or Party Starters can be tough because unlike flashlights you have such a long time between uses you don't get to really get to practice.
