HOW To (For a MAC) Install Microsoft Teams and Use it
This how to install and use Microsoft Teams on a Mac. I'll show you where to download it from and how to install it on your computer (I'm using a macbook pro). I'll also add a guest to the video conference using an iphone. I install the video meeting software (Much like Zoom) on my mac. The plus with Microsoft teams is the ability to use Microsoft office 360 apps like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Get to the Microsoft website as seen in video
Click on "Download for desktop";
Click on "Download Teams";
The file Teams_osx.pkg appears in the "downloads" folder;
Open the downloaded file and follow instructions;
Once the installation process is completed, proceed to open Teams.
Teams may recognize your account immediately;
If not, enter your Office 365 email and password;
Finally, make sure that Teams works.
In some versions of MacOs X, you will have to allow Teams to access your microphone and camera. If the program does not request it, you will have to turn on access in your device settings.
