Pricematik is my favorite lister / repricer, even though I have done much more work with Hydra Lister. Hydra Lister is cheaper if you have a big store, Pricematik gets really expensive. But, if you have a couple thousand items, pricematik is a good bet. Its $100 a month for the lister and repricing on 1000 items. The lister includes super easy keyword addition which is the main reason it is my favorite.

You can sync your paypal account up with kabbage and get a business loan. I used Kabbage to get out of my eBay bill situation from bulk posting.
