Ingredients:
Flour - 280 grams
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
Vanillin - 1/3 tsp.
Butter - 125 grams
Sour cream (natural yogurt) - 100 grams
Zest of one lemon
Jam or preserves 100 - 150 grams
Powdered sugar
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 15 - 20 minutes
