How to make Iconic Hawke look like DA2 Hawke in Inquisition

Also: I have intentionally made Hawke's eyes blue, instead of the canon green - change at your own discretion.
Lastly - This is meant to be a slightly older Hawke, to account for the time passage and hard life Hawke has been living after Kirkwall. To make a younger Hawke use a smoother texture for face and don't use scar.
