Conditions Of Compare Mode:
Main Input is greater than Side Input - Will Not Give Redstone Power
Main Input is equal to Side Input - Will Give Redstone Power
Main Input is lesser than Side Input - Will Give Redstone Power
Note:When Side Input is greater than main Input in substract Mode then There will be No redstone Output
(Since there are no integers in Redstone).
Equation:(It is hard so no need to by heart)
signal strength = truncate(1 + ((sum of all slots' fullnesses) / (number of slots in container)) * 14)
fullness of a slot = (number of items in slot) / (max stack size for this type of item)
