GIMP 07 - Use the Scale tool to Resize and Move a Layer using the same button
In this video, students learn to:
use the Scale tool to Resize (make bigger or smaller) using the outside square handles (Grab the corners!)
Use the Scale tool to Move using the inside square handles
in the Scale pop-up, choose the chain link to keep or not keep the aspect ratio (Does the image get squished or not? Keeping the aspect ratio means not squished, so you might want to keep the chain linked and not broken.)
