2024 ICEMAN POV Pro Race - Prep and Training, ICEMAN History, My Race History
Welcome to MTB & ME POV, where we talk about the trail system that I am currently at, give a little history of the nearby city, tell some stories that have happened at the trail, talk about places you might want to go check out, and definitely some of the best restaurants in town.
In this episode I head to Kalkaska for the ICEMAN Cometh Challenge! Some buddies and I decide to have some fun in the pro race. In this video I talk about what I do to properly get ready for the race. This includes supplements, diet, hydration, sleep, and even my training! I also give a brief history of the ICEMAN and my race history at the ICEMAN. If you have any questions, drop them in the comments below.
