(I got v4 cyborg 1 week later after posting this, it was a long time ago that i got v4)

note: this only took 20 - 30 min to find mirage i found it on danger 4 or 5
To find mirage fast and quick you need fast boats (gamepass) if you dont have them use portal v skill to avoid terrorsharks thats disrupting your voyage to find mirage.
you need to find the highest mountain at mirage to resonate your mirror fractal. 1:18 (resonate the mirror fractal stare at the moon when it is rising, activate your v3)
there are over 13 locations to find blue gear
you need to look at corners, trees and rocks, portal, yeti, kitsune, control (reworked) , lightning, light. are recommended blox fruits for traveling around mirage
Buddha is also recommended for showing visibility on the fog by its light aura.
If none works try to invite your friend or try the steps again to obtain v4 and mirror fractal.
