Fix Starfield Lag in 3 Steps!

Tip 1
Applies to RTX 30-Series and 40-Series GPUs
This tip involves enabling Resizable BAR either through the recent Nvidia update (537.34) or manually with Nvidia Inspector

Applies to ALL RTX GPU's including 20-Series and higher
This tip involves adding the community made DLSS upscaling mod. This will eventually become obsolete as Bethesda recently announced native support for DLSS in a Future Update™.
