Dark Cloud Face-Off: PS4 vs. PS2 Graphical Comparison
We have compared the recently re-released PS4 version of Dark Cloud to the 15-year old PS2 version. While it's lacking meaningful anti-aliasing, the resolution bump does help exponentially.
It should be noted that scaling the PS2 footage from 480p to 1080p has smoothed out a lot of the aliasing woes. Because of this, the PS2 version looks a little smoother than it actually is.
