Lea and Mako worked at their godfather's (David) restaurant during their teen years (Lea handles all the drinks and Mako took all the orders)
Alikae comes to the Hale Moana every day after school to flirt with Mako and torment Lea by trying to mess up her work
Her dad and stepmom are borderline ab*usive. (extremely neglectful)
