0:08 It looks like a "Good" Tech at first glance, but, when we delve DEEPER we see that it Actually DECREASES Efficiency
0:15 It’s Because of how the Percentage Bonuses are implemented
0:19 A (PLUS)+10% boost will NOT mean a 10% bonus in your MONTHLY Output because of the prevalence of other Bonuses to Alloy Production
0:28 While the (PLUS)+10% Upkeep WILL result in 10% MORE Monthly Upkeep due to the rarity of Upkeep Reducing Bonuses
0:36 So by PICKING this tech you are increasing "Pop Efficiency" but losing the "Conversion Efficiency"
