Parallel Processing Trick (MRatio)
In this video I'll show you an unique way to use parallel processing in your mix by utilizing Melda productions MRatio. I was inspired by a video I saw on MixbusTV and I thought by using MRatio I could improve things. Often when mixing you'll want to change the tone of your drums, voice, guitar, etc, but using traditional parallel techniques the volume is changed. With the technique I show in this video you'll be able to add fx to your instruments without volume changes. You can also use this technique to smoothly fade between 2 sources.
