04-07-2024 Fort Worth, TX - outbuilding fire turns into 2 alarm fire
Shortly after 4pm Fort Worth 911 recieved calls about an outbuilding fire on the 1300 block of Pheasant Run Trl in North Fort Worth. First due companies reported fire showing from the rear of the home from an out building. Shortly after crews found fire had extended into the home and the attic of the 2 story home. A defensive fire and a 2nd alarm was called after fire was able to burn through the roof of the home.
After nearly and hour and a half the fire was declared undercontrol. Crews from Saginaw and Haslet also assisted on the fire. A dog was rescued uninjured during the initial fire attack. 2 families where displaced after a second home suffered some damage. No injuries where reported.
